At the beginni ng of any road or part of a road

What it means

Indicates that the road or a portion of the road is set aside for use by goods vehicles with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) or a gross combination mass (GCM) exceeding the mass indicated in tonnes by means of a number on such sign

What you must do

The driver of such goods vehicle shall only use such road or portion of such road
