Flag signals - stop and proceed

What it means

To direct traffic in areas where there is road works ahead, or a herdsman leading cattle or other animals across or next to a roadway.

What you must do

• Flag signal to stop - indicates that you shall stop until the proceed flag signal is displayed.
• Flag signal to proceed - indicates that you shall proceed when the flag signal is displayed.
