Manner in which Side Car to be Attached to Motorcycle

No person shall use a motorcycle with sidecar on a public road, unless such sidecar is attached to t he left side of the motorcycle. No sidecar may be attached to a motorcycle having an engine with a cylinder capacity of less than 50 cubic centimetres.
